Included with your purchase is a form explaining how to take delivery of your purchase and how to return unwanted, damaged or faulty goods.
If you are unsatisfied with your product on receipt, please return it to us in the shipping bag that it came in for a full refund (excluding postage). You will need to pay postage for the return of any item you are not satisfied with.
We would request that any labels and swing tickets are left on.
In the unlikely event of there being a fault with a garment or accessory, we will endeavour to send a replacement or give you a full refund, if you prefer, including postage. This includes a credit to your card for the cost of the postage.
This return policy does not extend to garments or accessories where the care instructions have not been adhered to. For example, putting products in the washing machine or washing in hot water or putting them in a dryer or using an iron on them.
We will not accept garments or accessories back if they have been worn/soiled unless a fault emerges whilst these are worn in the pursuit of rugby specific practice or play. The life of these garments, given their use, is shorter than ordinary casualwear but they are of the highest quality and if they are cared for following our instructions, we would expect them to withstand a few roughs and tumbles.
Please fill out the returns form by detaching it from your receipt, and place it in the bag with the unwanted goods.
